FREIGHT FRENZY℠ Presented by Raytheon Technologies is the 2021-2022 FIRST Tech Challenge game. This game has everything. There are things that spin, things that wobble, things to pick up, things to put down, and best of all, a Duck.

For those whom don't know what Freight Frenzy is, it is this year's challenge proposed by FIRST robotics. Every year FIRST announced different types of courses, this year what you see above is what we are dealing with this season.

Besides being able to successfully navigate throughout the course in the span of 2 minutes and 30 seconds, the robot has the change to move with markers. Not the markers you write with, but instead our point systems which are shown below:

Rubber Duck/ Traffic Cone ( Our Team Marker):

Cubes:

Balls:

This game is completed within different time periods: All of them adding up to 2 minutes and 30 seconds. You can find a more in depth explanation of what we do throughout this time.

Time Period 1: Autonomous Programming

Teams are allowed to run their autonomous programming in the 30 second interval. Each team may vary in what they can do in these 30 seconds. Our team is able to move the carousel, drop the duck, and park fully into the designated parking unit.

Time Period 2: Teleop Programming

This is where the drivers are allowed to control using teleop programming for the next 1 minute 30 seconds, they are able to do everything except for the duck carousel.

End Game:

Teams can do what they need in these last 30 seconds, this is the section that can determine the most points since you now have access to the duck carousel.
